I am delighted to confirm that Christel DeHaan has generously agreed to continue supporting the 2 Scholar Programmes in Kragujevac:
1. Vuk St Karadzic School, (Principal Mr Bojan Konatar), Equality in Education programme
2. Toza Dragovich Technical School for Tourism and Gastronomy, (Principal: Mrs Ljubica Basic), Trainee Hairdresser programme
We shall make a transfer immediately for the equivalent of US Dollars 10,000, to be split equally (US Dollars 5,000 each) to each of the above Schools.
We propose that we transfer this total sum to the bank account of the Princess Katherine Foundation for onward distribution to the 2 Schools.
Please advise me as quickly as possible if this will be acceptable and send me the relevant details for the transfer to be made from Christel House Europe, via a UK bank.
Once we know these details, we will also send to the Foundation a document relevant to each School which must be signed and returned to us as a receipt for the monies. We would greatly appreciate the assistance of the Foundation in making the internal transfer within Serbia and ensuring that the money gets to the right bank accounts for the Schools concerned.
We are very happy that we can continue supporting these Programmes in this way and will be grateful if all those copied on this email will ensure that the 2 Heads of the Schools are informed.
